What’s your favourite memory/story since starting at Lynx Recruitment?
There has been a lot, but the team has been, and continues to be my favourite memories. A great bunch of like minded people, always up for a laugh and a very social bunch.
What sparked you to get into this role?
It was a departure from my previous career path, yet the principles of recruitment resonate perfectly with my personality. Ultimately, the most fulfilling aspect of recruitment is the ability to assist and positively impact people's lives, motivating me each morning to rise and embrace the day.

What sparked you to get into this role?
I am passionate about the customer journey and dedicated to supporting customers every step of the way. Building strong and genuine partnerships with clients from all backgrounds. Lynx recruitment gives me the opportunity to do just that.
What do you enjoy most about working at Lynx Recruitment?
The balance between work and fun. Being able to work alongside a team of like minded people to turn going to work into more of a hobby than a job.
What's your favourite hobby?
Anything to get the heart racing. Motorbikes, snowboarding, and diving. I also have a goal to get my skydiving licence this year.

I once broke both of my arms at the same time. Needless to say it was very amusing for everyone I encountered.
